中国的《著作权法》是根据”Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works”的精神来起草的。影视作品的保护期是50年，我记得。
瑞典是如何规定的呢？

瑞典的保护期是70年，真是太长了。50年也太长，我觉得20年左右比较合适……
在网络上上传资料只要注明出处即可， 很多国家都对网络传播资讯没有严格界定， 比如法国就是“上传无罪，下载有没有罪后议”。
所以我是希望你能够多传一些电影上来，不论新老，只要你乐意就行，
